Missed Appointments – November 22

During November 2022, 348 appointments at HPGP were booked but not attended.

This includes:

84 Face to face appointments with a GP’s.
That is 3 full days of a GP’s time.

28 Face to face appointments with a Physician Associate

21 Face to face appointments with a Nurse Practitioner

67 Face to face appointments with a Nurse

89 Face to face Phlebotomist appointments

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may not be able to attend an appointment, all we ask is that you let us know.

A ‘no show’ for an appointment stops another patient being seen sooner.
