During 2022 we found that out of all the eConsults submitted to the practice, 45% were seen or spoken to by a clinician on the same day and 25% were seen or spoken to the following day.
Through patient feedback, we are aware that some patients have experienced difficulties when using the eConsult platform due to its somewhat complex and repetitive nature. As a Practice, we also shared your concerns and escalated these to the relevant channels accordingly.
