2022 Round Up
The NHS including GP surgeries have been and are still experiencing huge pressures on their services.
As a surgery, we are continually adapting our service, staff and appointments to ensure our patients receive the very best service we can offer.
During 2022, we received over 138,200 calls with each call being answered within an average of 44 seconds.
We received over 26,850 eConsults during 2022.
Of theses eConsults………
- 45% were seen/telephoned by a clinician on the same day
- 25% were seen/telephoned by a clinician on the next day
- 19% were seen/telephoned by a clinician within 2-5 days
- 8% were seen/telephoned by a clinician with 6-10 days
- 3% were seen/telephoned by a clinician 10 days or more later
