Test results

You can view your test results online via your NHS App (NHS App and your NHS account – NHS).

Blood test results may take up to 48 hours, but they need to be reviewed by a clinician before being shared; patient coordinators cannot comment on them until they have been reviewed.

X-ray and scan results may take up to 4 weeks to be reported.

Please wait until after 11:00 to call for results, and note that results will only be provided to you personally, not to someone else on your behalf.

For tests arranged by a hospital consultant, contact the hospital directly for results, as we cannot manage tests from outside clinicians.
