ADHD Assessment

Thank you for your query regarding possible ADHD.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a condition that affects people’s behaviour. People with ADHD can seem restless, may have trouble concentrating and may act on impulse.

Sometimes ADHD was not recognised when someone was a child, and they are diagnosed later as an adult.

This video outlines the features: Could you have adult ADHD?

If you would like an assessment please complete the questionnaire below, which will give us a brief outline of why you feel you have ADHD and how long this has affected you.
